Deciding to practice hypnosis was a very natural process for Jennifer. After dealing with physical pain for many years and tired of “learning to live with it”, Jennifer sought hypnosis as a means of managing her own pain. With improvement after the first session, Jennifer decided to become certified in hypnosis; in doing so brought hypnosis to the Brainerd Lakes Area.

Jennifer’s previous experience as a professional actor and voice training make her a joy to listen to as she guides you to the perfect level of hypnosis.
